Okay the maintenance staff are indeed skilled and nice, but the customer service is awful, horrible, worst ever, especially in Fengyuan branch. Receptionists used to be really mean and rude and impatient towards us when we needed help with remote control and we were acting really humble and polite. Anyway it has nothing to do with the app which seems okay though not impressive. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks a lot for your reply.

HI 您好: 如果有需要請工程人員到府檢修,麻煩請您下載【凱擘大寬頻客服APP】於客服APP點選→線上報修→線上排除/報修→數位電視→選擇符合狀況→自我檢測→如無法排除可自行預約方便在家等候時間請工程人員到府檢修, 謝謝!另外小編要冒味請教您,家中是否有【居家檢疫、居家隔離或自主健康管理】人員?如果有的話,請暫時不要預約工程人員到府。如果沒有則可預約。工程到家中時也請家人也戴上口罩確保雙方安全,謝謝幫忙配合。
