The ride was about 20 minutes, and it's convenient since there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. 【Hotel Facilities】 ★ Upon arrival at the hotel, a staff member immediately took my luggage and placed it on a cart. After being guided to the lobby seating, I checked in. After an introduction to the hotel's amenities, I was presented with a welcome drink. There were plenty of options for both soft drinks and alcohol, which was great! ★ A staff member guided me to my room while helping with my luggage. They also provided detailed explanations of the bathroom and facilities in the room. ★ The room has an outdoor bath, but there is also a large public bath within the facility. The view from it is breathtaking. It features an infinity outdoor bath that seems to merge with the sea. Additionally, there was no need to bring towels from my room, as they were provided in the changing room (this is quite a nice touch). 【Room】 ★ I stayed alone this time, but the space was more than sufficient. I believe it would be spacious enough for two as well. ★ The room was very clean and well maintained. ★ Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy this time, I would have seen the stunning view of Beppu Bay if it had been sunny... ★ The outdoor bath in the room was a bit hot when I first used it, so it's a good idea to check the temperature beforehand. ★ The only downside was the lack of power outlets around the bed. I wish there were some for charging my devices. 【Meals】 ★ I used the chat provided by the hotel after making my reservation to inquire about meals, and they kindly guided me through the dining options available in the facility along with their prices. ★ Both dinner and breakfast can be reserved. Of course, priority goes to other guests with meal plans, so if you plan to dine within the facility, I recommend making a reservation in advance as same-day availability might be limited. ★ This time, I had dinner at "Eitarou". Although I could have just reserved a seat, I ordered a kaiseki meal and enjoyed it very much. For breakfast, I had a "Japanese-style breakfast". 【In Conclusion】 ★ I was looking forward to staying after reading other people's stories, and it exceeded my expectations! Arriving at the charming entrance only takes 2-3 minutes from the bus stop! As I descended underground, I found the reception area. It was still quite new and clean! I took off my shoes at the reception and felt cozy as if I had returned home. Further down, there was a free space and a female dormitory (with locks). The next day, I could enjoy the sofa, kotatsu, and cooking utensils, bringing snacks from nearby convenience stores and souvenirs. I could even hand-drip coffee and lived comfortably! One more floor down, and there was a hot spring—everything was provided! The sleeping space might not allow standing, but there was enough room to sleep. Of course, there was a lockable valuable box too. I borrowed a shakuji for 500 yen to make it even more comfortable! I used to think that dormitories lacked privacy, but it wasn't a problem at all!

The OMO series by Hoshino Resorts is very beautiful and has many features that delight the guests, and this one was wonderful! I stayed in a simple twin room for single use... First of all, there are lockers where you can store your luggage for free. The lounge is spacious. There is a large public bath. You can travel to the tourist spots by shuttle bus. There's a paid night tour to Mount Hakodate. Reservations are essential, but for 1500 yen, it takes you back and forth, and the guide was a fun person. It's a 7-8 minute walk to Mount Hakodate, so you can also go to the Hakodate Morning Market.

I stayed during GW, and it was about 500 points per night. There were two bottles of water placed near the refrigerator and two more in the bathroom. Breakfast was 600 baht, but when I told them I wanted to use it at check-in, I received a 25% off coupon. It will be charged to the room for settlement during check-out. I used it once, and there was a live kitchen and fresh juice, so I think it's nice for those who got tired of local food as there were both Thai and Western dishes. The convenience store looks close on the map, but since the hotel is large, it felt further away from my room than I expected. Although Jungceylon seems close, it takes time to walk around. There was a bird's nest with baby birds in the tree by the corridor. Observing them while passing by became my daily routine (laughs). The pool is large, and there is a bar, so I wanted to use it if the weather was nice. There are also rooms with pool access, and there is a pool that is separated exclusively for those rooms, so I think that's an option for those who want to relax at the hotel.

You can get to Jungceylon from the airport by public bus for 100 Baht, which takes about an hour. From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk. I thought the hotel might be noisy since it faces Bangla Road, but it turned out to be quieter than expected because my room was located deep inside the long hotel building. There is a gym, but no one was using it. The air conditioning works fine, and the room is surprisingly spacious. There was a pool on the rooftop, but I didn't use it since I arrived late at night for just one night. Please note, there are no amenities like a toothbrush, so be aware of that.

You Can Use HafH Coins Abroad!!

Starting around 2024, it became possible to use HafH coins at overseas hotels, and although I felt some anxiety about being able to stay using coins just like in Japan, I made a reservation. However, that anxiety was resolved upon check-in. I arrived at the hotel just before noon, and they let me check in immediately. Since HafH offers a lounge access plan, I tried making a reservation with that plan. Originally, my purpose in Singapore was more to enjoy hotel life than sightseeing, so this hotel was perfect. It is located about a 5-minute walk from City Hall on the North-South Line, and with some effort, you can also reach the Merlion and Marina Bay Sands. The room on the floor with lounge access was spacious and comfortable, and with favorable weather, I could relax by the pool, enjoy light snacks in the lounge, and in the evening time, had some drinks (alcohol is expensive in Singapore, so this was helpful) and had a great time.

There is a restaurant and large public bath on the first floor. The hotel is divided into residential floors and hotel floors, with hotel floors starting from the 9th floor. The room is very spacious, with a kitchen, dishes, knives, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and a refrigerator that can fit one person, so you can live normally if you have the ingredients. The toilet and bath are separate. There are also a washing machine and dryer, so minimal luggage is OK (detergent is not provided, so you can buy it at the front desk or bring it yourself). There is also a dresser, a semi-double bed, high chairs, an island kitchen, and a sofa. The room offers a stunning view of the sea, providing a very open and spacious feel. There is no store, but there are two vending machines. Although there were undeniable signs of age and wear, I had a good stay.

I stayed at Hoshino through HAFH at an incredibly reasonable price. It was my first time staying at a Hoshino Group hotel, and I was impressed not only by the many local tours available but also by the overall ambiance. From the moment I stepped in, a relaxing aroma enveloped me, and there was a garden for resting and dining, making it feel like an oasis in the urban jungle. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. Although the bathhouse required a fee, it was like an art museum, and the staff were very helpful in providing travel information. Overall, the experience was excellent.

This was my first time here, and I found it to be a guesthouse where I could relax as if I was at home, in the best way possible. With just the right distance from others, you can have fun together or enjoy some alone time. There are international guests, and everyone follows the rules, which maintains a good quality! The facilities are still quite new since it hasn't been open for long! There is a bathroom with a bathtub for females only, and you can use it privately, which was super helpful after returning from the beach. They have mixed-gender and female-only dormitories, but I would recommend trying the mixed-gender one at least once. It’s surprising how comfortable it is just because the ceiling is high... There are also private rooms available. It will change your impression of a guesthouse, so if you’ve never tried it before, please give it a shot!!

After walking through the underground Z at Taipei Station, I took a short walk after exiting Z10 to find the hotel. Right across is a famous pepper bun shop! The room was just the right size, and thanks to the comfortable bed, I slept well. Here are some tips to make your stay at this hotel more comfortable: ・Although there's a breakfast included plan, if you check in using the machine, you won't receive a breakfast voucher. Make sure to inform the front desk that you have a breakfast plan to receive it. ・The air conditioning in the room seems unable to be adjusted. Even if you change the temperature, it returns to 21℃ after a while, so I kept it OFF during my stay. ・Be careful when getting into the bathtub as it might be slippery. I always held onto the handrail when entering and exiting. Also, even if the glass door is closed, shower water leaks outside. So, I recommend placing the bath mat a bit farther away (around the front of the toilet) to avoid it getting soaked. ・There are no pajamas. The slippers are thin and made of paper, so if you're concerned about it, it's better to bring your own.

We stayed at 'Kirishima International Hotel' through HafH! Even during the high season of the 3-day weekend, we felt like we got a great deal staying at a hot spring hotel with breakfast and dinner included. ✅ Our room has been fully renovated. ✅ The large public bath was also renovated this July. ✅ There is ice after the bath. ✅ Free ping pong. ✅ Buffet with a wide variety of dishes. Lots of desserts. - Our room was a Japanese-Western style. It's the most comfortable for families with children. - It seems that the management company of the Kirishima International Hotel recently changed, and they have improved the hot spring facilities and the dinner buffet, making up for the oldness of the infrastructure with an upgrade in service quality. From reading reviews, I was worried about the age of the facilities, but the hot spring was really good, and there were many dishes, including black wagyu beef and sushi🍣, so both my husband and my daughter were very satisfied! I recommend it for those who want to enjoy a hot spring experience with good cost performance. The dinner buffet included soft drinks, but alcohol was charged separately. All-you-can-drink was 2,300 yen, and the all-you-can-drink shochu for 980 yen. I don't drink much, so soft drinks were enough for me. My husband added the 980 yen all-you-can-drink shochu, and since we added them as friends on LINE, we received a 500 yen discount coupon, so our payment at checkout was only 480 yen. The large public bath was spacious, with an open-air bath, a space for mud packs, and steam baths, truly reminding us of the Kirishima hot springs!

The location was very convenient as Yui Rail Miebashi was right in front. There is a small pool exclusive for guests, which is great for taking beautiful photos. The room felt like a clean business hotel and was not very spacious, but the lighting and wall art were lovely. There was also a Nescafe machine. It only had a shower, but the shampoo was peppermint-scented and refreshing. No basic skincare products were provided.

In many overseas hotels, there are usually only showers, so I chose this hotel because I wanted to soak in a bathtub!! The room had a kitchen and a large refrigerator, which felt too luxurious for just one person, but the desk was good and seemed suitable for remote work. Kagoshima: A Perfect Base to Enjoy Nature and History

Over the weekend, I went on a 2-night, 3-day mountain climbing trip to Kagoshima. I stayed at the Quintessa Hotel Kagoshima Tenmonkan, located in the heart of Kagoshima city, in the Tenmonkan shopping district. The facilities were clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. The best part is the location, which is right near Tenmonkan, Kagoshima's busiest shopping area. Not only are shopping and dining options abundant, but bus routes are well developed to go anywhere within the city and suburbs, including Kagoshima Airport. The tram station Tenmonkan-dori is also nearby, easily connecting various parts of the city. Moreover, I could walk to the port, making it a convenient base for trips to Sakurajima, Yakushima, and Tanegashima. Additionally, there are many historic sites related to figures like Saigo Takamori and Okubo Toshimichi, who greatly contributed to Japan's modernization from the late Edo to the Meiji period, all within walking distance, making it ideal for history enthusiasts.

This is my third time returning! I was able to stay at this hotel for 1050 coins on a weekend that typically costs about 70,000 yen on booking sites. Upon arrival, I was offered a welcome drink in the lobby lounge, allowing me to relax while enjoying the ocean view. If desired, I could also take drinks back to my room. What I love most about this inn is that my room has a half-open-air hot spring bath, allowing me to enjoy a bath at any time I like. Additionally, the large public bath is spacious, where you can slowly soak in the hot springs while looking at the sea and enjoy the sauna. When checking in, they inform you of the sunrise time for the next day, so if you go to the bath when the sun rises, you'll be treated to a spectacular view. The room is spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom. The presence of a mini-kitchen is a great bonus, making it easy for those with children to use. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, allowing me to enjoy unlimited cups for free! It was a machine that ground the beans each time, so the aroma was wonderful and the coffee was very tasty. I opted for the no-meal plan, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I don't think you'll have any trouble. I had dinner from Kamesho Kuru Kuru Sushi to go and enjoyed it in my room! For breakfast, I bought bread from Tomonaga Pan the day before and had it with the lobby coffee. The staff was very kind, and I want to use this inn multiple times. Above all, the cost performance is excellent, and although I wish to keep this inn a secret, I really want many people to stay here! I will definitely return again!

Since I had accumulated coins, I decided to book a plan that included access to the club lounge. I intended to have a light meal in the lounge before dinner, but with such a variety of food and sweets, I ended up full just from the lounge! For breakfast, I enjoyed unlimited seafood donburi and had multiple servings. My daughter was thrilled to have the pool almost to herself. The location next to Canal City was excellent! The canal view from our room was lovely.

During this stay in Okinawa, I stayed at "OMO5 Okinawa Naha by Hoshino Resorts" as a base for sightseeing in Naha. It’s just a short walk from the Yui Rail station, and access from the airport is smooth, making it an ideal location for both the start and end of the trip. The hotel features a spacious lounge and café area, which is a delightful point for a relaxing stay. A handmade "Neighborhood Map" by the staff is provided, making it easy to find local gourmet spots, perfect for a food tour. The room felt like a secret base, bringing excitement. Though compact, it has a playful design that lifts the spirits of adults too. And what made me happiest was the surprise in the fridge. Three bottles each of the Okinawan classic "ORION Beer" and "Sanpin Tea" were chilled, making for a perfect reward to ease travel fatigue. In the evening, the hotel also has a variety of activities, including a tasting course for Awamori, where we could learn about the differences in flavor and history in a fun way. Additionally, on the first floor, there was a mini-event titled "Night Market." While selecting souvenirs and late-night snacks, we could also enjoy the local festival atmosphere. OMO offers a pleasant sense of distance and numerous ideas that make the trip a little more interesting. I definitely want to repeat my visit here the next time I come to Naha!

大人2人、小学生1人、未就学児1人の4人家族旅行で宿泊させていただきました♪ ■ウェルカムケーキ 14：30～好きなケーキを選ぶことができました。シャトレーゼのケーキは食べたことがありましたが、YATSUDOKI CAFEのケーキは初めてで、見た目も素敵で、ボリュームもあって、とってもおいしかったです。子供も大人も大喜び♪ ■お部屋大きなトランクでも通れるほど部屋は広く、お掃除も行き届いていました。お部屋にはUSBを指すことのできる所や空気清浄機もありました。 ■お風呂天然温泉源泉でしたが、お風呂は4人程でいっぱいになってしまうくらいの大きさでした。受付で予約をして入れるので、貸し切り温泉のように使用できました。お風呂内が少し寒いので、お部屋のお風呂で体などは全て洗っておき、浸かりに行くくらいがちょうどよいかなと思います。 ■アイスの食べ放題♪ 子供が大喜びだったアイスの食べ放題。10種類以上はありました。食べたことのないものにチャレンジしてみたり、大好きなものを食べてみたり・・・。お風呂後のアイスはとってもおいしかったです♪ ■朝食大人2.200円（1人当たり）、子供1.100円（1人当たり）でオプションを付けていただきました。大きな会場での食事で、種類もありました。ヨーグルトがどれもとても美味しかったです。 YATSUDOKI CAFEや周辺の飲食店を利用している方も多いようで、空いていたのでゆっくり食べられて良かったです。子ども連れでも安心＆充実のサービスで、家族みんなが楽しめる滞在でした！

I escaped the crowded Japan during Golden Week and came to Taiwan for fun. I chose Just Sleep Taipei Ximending as my accommodation. Despite its excellent location just one MRT station away from Taipei Station, it is reasonably priced. The facility has a chic and calming atmosphere with an exotic feel, and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options is included. The rooms are spacious and clean, making it a very comfortable hotel. Additional points are as follows: - Free coffee, tea, and snacks are available in the lobby. - The coin laundry is available for free 24 hours (detergent is not provided, but can be purchased at the front desk for 10 TWD). - Wi-Fi speed is about 30 Mbps, which is satisfactory (may vary depending on conditions). - The voltage is 110V, 10V higher than Japan’s 100V, but devices that are compatible with 110V work fine. Located a 15-minute walk from Otaru Station with kids, or just 5 minutes by taxi, OMO5 Otaru blends so well with the streets that I momentarily wondered if it was actually a hotel. The interior features lovely music boxes everywhere, providing a calm atmosphere. The bar time at OMO Cafe & Bar is also great as kids can accompany you, which is a plus for mother-child trips. Every recommended snack plate was delicious, and it paired perfectly with Otaru wine. It was so comfortable that the kids loved it so much they decided to extend our stay! It seems they found happiness listening to the music box melodies they chose by their bedside as they fell asleep♪

My first time in Sicily was in Syracuse. Since it is a city of historical and cultural heritage, I wanted to stay in a beautiful and historic place for a good price… So, I took a chance and searched for HafH. I was a bit worried if my reservation went through properly… so I found the accommodation's email address online and directly contacted them to confirm the reservation and added breakfast since it was a room-only booking. I also inquired about the arrival time and parking arrangements. All necessary communications were done via email. Whether in emails or conversations, English was understood. What I learned: I strongly recommend looking for accommodations using HafH when traveling! There are surprisingly many facilities available in various locations.

Enjoying Hot Springs in Beppu♨️

I previously received a flight ticket from Oita to Itami through a hafh campaign, so I went to Oita. Since I was there, I stayed at this popular hotel that often appears in stories. The bus stop is right in front, which is convenient. My room had an open-air hot spring, and the large window bath becomes a semi-open-air bath when the window is opened. The hot bath while feeling the sea breeze was exceptional. After the bath, I enjoyed some wine from the welcome drink on the terrace. Of course, I also entered the large bath located in a separate building. It featured a large outdoor bath, a jacuzzi, and a sauna, with reclining chairs available for relaxation, which was very pleasant. Since I booked without meals, I took advantage of other people's stories to order takeout from Kurukuru Kamesho Sushi and brought in bread from Tomonaga Bakery. My flight was early the next morning, around 6 AM, but I managed to soak in the hot springs both at night and in the morning, fully enjoying the hot spring experience.

This time, I visited Aomori Prefecture by plane from outside the prefecture. The access from Aomori Airport was excellent. I took the bus connecting Aomori Station and the airport, got off at 'Yanagimachidori Station' and walked about a minute to the hotel. Before checking in, I stopped by the hotel once, and I could leave my luggage in the locker. Even after checking out, it was possible to leave my luggage in the locker. The guest room was clean and well-maintained. The amenity bar was rich, and having a bath additive was very helpful. I stayed on the 11th floor this time, and the view was nice. There was a self-service water and tea machine next to the elevator, so I could bring a paper cup back to my room. It was very helpful.

The historic Atami Onsen area has many accommodations since ancient times. While large resort hotels or Japanese inns are common, mid-range hotels like SOKI ATAMI, emphasizing Japanese design, are quite rare. It takes about ten minutes by taxi from Atami Station to SOKI ATAMI, which is a perfect distance for the hotel to have its unique character. The hidden atmosphere makes it feel as if you're staying in a private villa in Atami. The name SOKI comes from "Su" and "Ki", and this concept is further expanded in Atami. As soon as you walk into the lobby, the space is filled with the fresh scent of wood and plants, instantly putting you in a tranquil rhythm. The public spaces are used similarly to an art museum, featuring large wall surfaces and carefully designed lighting to showcase installation art. The interior design continues the "Su Ki" concept: bare wooden floors, earth-toned curtains, and low-saturation selections. The welcome snack in the room is "Kamiyama Tengu Kogashimaru", a cookie specially made by the local bakery "Kyuon", which has a stunning flavor that makes you want to buy more right away. The top floor's ocean-view tea room embodies the overall spirit of the hotel. This area is exclusive to guests, where you can enjoy carefully prepared tea and snacks in the afternoon. That day, we tasted the rare Kurmoji tea from the Izu Peninsula, paired with sweets from the famous local wagashi shop "Mase". It made us again feel the true meaning of the SOKI spirit: to select for you the most worth-trying local experiences "in this time and place". A more surprising touch is the wet wipes in the tea room. Initially thought to be just regular supplies, but the faint scent that wafted while I was wiping my hands was unexpectedly delightful—it was rosemary! Upon asking, I found out that these herbs are grown by the hotel in their garden, distilled into water, and then infused into the wet wipes. What seems to be a simple wet wipe actually carries a lot of stories. I casually mentioned to the staff, "I really like rosemary; every time I see it on the roadside, I can't help but touch the leaves." She smiled and nodded. A few minutes later, she quietly brought me a small sprig of rosemary, softly saying: "Let this scent accompany you; you can also take it back to your room." At that moment, I really felt very warm. The price of SOKI is indeed not cheap, but whether it's the space, meals, or service details, it all feels worth it. There's even a sense of being "cherished"; the height of the corridor lights, the volume of the music in the lounge area, and even the design of the overall atmosphere exist to "not disturb you". SOKI Atami is not a hotel you would want to check in immediately for a social media post, but rather a place that will ferment in your heart after you leave. It is not just a place to stay during your journey, but like a time filtered from noise. The breakfast experience is also unforgettable, costing about 4,000 yen extra, including a whole box of exquisite Japanese-style set meal, complemented by an unlimited buffet of side dishes. Each dish shows great care, from seasoning, plating to the selection of tableware, providing a dual enjoyment of visual and taste. The restaurant features a full-length window facing a lush garden. On a sunny morning, dining while appreciating the scenery outside is very blissful. *Some booking reminders: Although the large public bath is comfortable, it is an indoor bath without outdoor space. Even though there is natural light during the day, making it pleasant to soak, if you wish to enjoy the sea view while soaking, it's more recommended to choose a room with a private outdoor bath. The ceramic outdoor bath, while rustic, is equipped with the most advanced temperature control system; just press a button to automatically fill with the appropriately warm, suitable amount of hot spring water. The warming system is also excellent, allowing you to soak anytime without needing to readjust, very convenient.

I stayed at EM Wellness Lifestyle Resort, a base for sightseeing in Okinawa. It was conveniently accessible by rental car, with free parking available. This unique hotel is themed around 'fermentation,' and the restaurant on the first floor offers lunches and dinners using fermented ingredients, as well as cafe menus. The shop also has a rich selection of souvenirs. Additionally, guests can use the large communal bath and sauna for free, and there is a paid stone bath available. The large bath area with a jet bath and muddy water was spacious, had an excellent view, and was very refreshing. It’s definitely a place I would love to visit again on my next trip to Okinawa!

My first trip to Hakodate. OMO5 Hakodate has hot springs, is clean, and has separate washbasins and toilets (very important). It's a comfortable hotel. On the first day, I took the free bus all around Hakodate and went to the top of Mount Hakodate. It's a paid service costing 1500 yen, but it was fully booked. It was worth riding! Unfortunately, it was cloudy that day, so I couldn't see the night view from the top, but I ended up buying a present for my grandchild at the souvenir shop. When I saw 'Hakodate limited,' I just couldn't resist picking it up! The return trip was also leisurely by bus back to the hotel. The guide had such a lovely voice and was very good at explaining. On the second day, I strolled around the morning market! With the shop assistant's call of 'Are you hungry?', I replied, 'Yes! I'm hungry♪'. I ordered the three-color rice bowl and finished it in no time. It was fresh and delicious... maybe because I was eating it on-site? Or was it the joy of having a meal during my travels? I felt an overwhelming happiness! I bought coffee at a nearby Lawson and took a break before heading back to the hotel to plan the day's itinerary. I decided to go to the Goryokaku Tower. The free bus from the hotel is indeed convenient. Everything is fun when it's your first time. After that, I went around the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse. I chose souvenirs for my workplace and admired wonderful miscellaneous goods. I enjoyed delicious cake and tea at a café and felt satisfied. I also returned by the free bus♪ At night, I had a beer at the lounge on the second floor. Since it's Sunday night, there were few guests, and I could relax. There are many Hokkaido sweets for family souvenirs, and I also bought some snacks to enjoy with my beer♪ It was a cozy space. I wish I could have stayed another day. I definitely want to come back!

Just before GW, I impulsively booked a ferry🚢 to Oita, but then I thought, wait a minute! What about the hotel? What do I do for the return trip?🤔 That's when I decided to leave it to HafH‼️ Hotels and flights during GW were quickly booked up👍 Now, all that’s left is to depart!🤗 I stayed at Blossom Oita, a JR Kyushu hotel, which provided a calm ambiance reflecting the station and trains throughout the facility, and had very comfortable rooms. Moreover, the open-air infinity hot spring offers a panoramic view of Oita city. (For women, swimwear is available, so you can bathe with peace of mind.) Bright, clean environment with background music throughout, and excellent water quality along with towels and amenities made for an incredibly relaxing experience.🤗 At the post-bath lounge, you can also enjoy the local specialty, Toriten.😋✌️

I stayed at Hamacho Hotel this time. It's within a 10-minute walk from T-CAT, and about a 10-minute walk to the station, making it a really great location. The exterior feels like a forest. The interior is compact but stylish. There's a chocolate shop and a restaurant on the first floor, and there are plenty of cafes and eateries nearby. It's super convenient! There's also a 24-hour supermarket, making it perfect for relaxing at the hotel.

The Chatan and American Village area has portions that have existed for over 20 years alongside newly developed areas in the last 5 to 10 years. This hotel is from the earlier developments, and my honest impression is that the hotel shows its age. However, it is located directly in front of the sea, with a breathtaking view from the balcony, making it one of the best locations in the area. For my family of three, when I inquired about having a primary school child sleep with us, they agreed for an additional charge of 12,000 yen. Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a top-floor room. We were able to enjoy one of the best rooms for about half the usual price, making it a highly satisfying and cost-effective trip. When traveling with family and using Hafh, it can sometimes be difficult to find available rooms, but considering the possibility of an upgrade at the hotel's discretion even with extra fees, I thought it was worth reaching out. This time we were lucky, but I’d like to try this with other hotels next time.

Hidden Gem! Just One Station from Osaka Station, Enjoy Deep Osaka‼️

I stayed at Sakurasweet, which is located in the downtown area of JuuSan, just one station from Osaka Umeda station via Hankyu. It's within a 10-minute walk from the station, near shopping streets and even Don Quijote! It's a bit of a deep spot, but it's really a hidden jewel! Interestingly, the lounge is available from 17-21:00 🙌 They offer wine, shochu, and sake, and on the day I went, they even had edamame and fried chicken available for free, which was a nice surprise! The room is spacious, and while it has a unit bath, it's a bit larger than usual! I was also happy to find two bath additives prepared for me. The hair dryer was from ReFa, and I appreciated the unique lighting at the vanity✨ Breakfast was included, and it had a homemade feel with, of course, takoyaki❤️ Check-out was late, so I was able to relax thoroughly throughout my stay! I think enjoying the shops near the station is also a good idea, so I definitely recommend staying here when you come to Osaka!

At HafH, dinner and breakfast are included, and only rooms with a view of Yake-dake (parking lot view) are available. There are no plans specifically for solo travelers on the official website, so HafH is a good deal. However, for dinner, there is a course meal at a specified time, and breakfast is a buffet that is also available on the terrace, so it may be a little uncomfortable for solo travelers. The night star tour (1,500 yen) is on a first-come, first-served basis, so it might be good to check in early or come to drop off your luggage. There is also a guided tour in the morning (1,000 yen). You can also order a rice ball bento for the next day at night. There is a small public bath, but there are no vending machines in the hotel. You can buy drinks and other items at the hotel shop. Kamikoji is crowded, but I hope that only those who stay can enjoy the starry skies and the empty Kappa Bridge.

We chose La Gent Hotel Tokyo Bay, which is close to Disneyland and budget-friendly, and it was truly convenient and comfortable for our family trip! With low beds, it was safe for our little ones. The bathroom with a washing area and amenities like children's toothbrushes and pajamas were very helpful. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of kid-friendly options like pancakes and sausages, and adults also enjoyed the selection. Having a Lawson convenience store on the first floor made last-minute shopping convenient. Most importantly, the free shuttle bus made it easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea, which was a huge help for families. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. A highly recommended hotel that beautifully combines charm and functionality!
