the app is very bad for customers who live in apartments. we can not add the address 12-3,more than that, note section accepts chinese only(even numbers are unacceptable). the shipper even did not make any call and directly wrote"not at home" in the delivery tracking. i have no ideas with this situation because I was waiting allday at home on saturday for this package. maybe I will have to find another app for delivery to home. very bad experience.
